Dear Alumnae,

The Sophomores in Ms. Galenski's Grade 10 English Class are working on a research project based on the history of Bishop Conaty-Our Lady of Loretto High School. We are looking for alumnae who are willing to share their experiences of daily life at the school. The students will be creating a power point presentation at the end of the research which fulfills their requirements in literature. We are in need of alumnae who do not mind being interviewed or alumnae who are willing to speak to the English classes. The following is a list of topics that students will be researching. >>Please pray for the repose of the soul of Florence Anne (“Fluff”) Rigali, CGHS, Class of 1945, who died on Friday, August 15, 2008 following a lengthy illness. Fluff was a dedicated and generous alumna of her alma mater and she will be missed by all here at Bishop Conaty-Our Lady of Loretto High School. Vigil will be on Friday, August 22 at 6:30 P.M. at St. Robert Bellarmine Church at 133 N. Fifth Street , Burbank , CA 91501 followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, August 23, also at the Church.  Interment will be at San Fernando Mission Cemetery .  Fluff asked that, in lieu of flowers, donations should be made either to the Retired and Infirm of the Immaculate Heart Community or to Bishop Conaty-Our Lady of Loretto High School .
